thanks
just so you know i dont have to pay to fix the brakes he said he would do that for free before he sold it to anyone. i drove by the dealer ship today and saw that the had it on the lift and looked like they were working on it so maybe once he fixes the brakes i will go test drive it ( the dealer would not let me test drive it becuase of the brake problem when i went by the first time). unfortanitly i think i will eat the cost of the windsheild though.
i do plan on this being a offroad vehicle so yes it is a starting of point for me. like i dont mind the fact that the interior carpet is a little stained because i am just going to tear it out and have the inside ryno-lined for easy cleaning after a long day of muddin!
of course i know that the 3.4 L did not com in the 2nd generation runners if you look at what i typed i said that i wish it did though because i think the 3.4 L is a better engine than the 3.0L engine. i do plan on an engine swap but havent decided on what i want to put in. i have a complete rebuilt engine out of my dads Scout the he never put back in that has also been bored and polished. but it is a carberated engine and i prefer fuel injection. i could also put in a v-6 that my girlfriend took out of one of her cars and rebuilt. (i'm a lucky guy because my girlfriend is a car franatic and loves working on them....and is actually pretty good at it too!)
but i haven't decided on one of those or to sell both and go with a chevy 350 ?????
any suggestions???
