How to adjust my radflo 2.0 lift kit?

Hey everyone I bought a toyota 4Runner a while back and it came with a radflo 2.0 adjustable lift its very nice I just have a setback, the setback being I don't understand how to adjust the back. The front comes with adjustable coils but the back doesn't.. So would I add blocks? Or what would I do. I'm definatly a beginner with this so anything helps. And also if someone has this can you tell me what inch your lift is at and your tire size?

You can't adjust rear suspension. You can adjust coilovers as you have in the front but for the rear you can add taller springs if you want more clearance in the rear or you can add a spacer on top of the spring you currently have.

Alright thanks so much! I'm not very sure what the lift is from 1-3 inches..? Is they're any easy way to tell? And how high is your lift all together I'm wanting to run 33s on my 4Runner I just don't know if they'll rub.
