How to change fog lights?

One of my fog lights is out so I'm thinking of replacing both with these Hella Optilux yellow bulbs. http://www.amazon.com/Optilux-H7107...=1460420788&sr=8-1&keywords=hella+optilux+h11

Anyway, how do you guys change these out? Do you go through the engine bay to access them or from underneath? Looks like I could do it either way. Does the housing twist off or are there clips holding it on?

As I recall you access underneath, and it doesn't take too much effort. In fact, I think you can replace them without taking anything off the truck -- or loosening the liner. I'm pretty sure it's a twist and pull once the clip is free.
