How to clear ECM?

I want to clear the ECM completely, I know there's a way to do it without a OBDII reader, I think you have to take off the negative battery terminal and pull out the EFI fuse...can't seem to find the site that can verify this now so I thought I'd ask here...
And can someone tell me which one is the EFI fuse?

i think this will clear it but not 100% certain. EFI fuse is a 20 amp, mine is marked on my fuse box cover. - just removed it yesterday when I did my ISR mod and replaced spark plug cables.
