How To Delete Friend Request Notification

Ok, I had someone send a friends request with no information at all. I don't know the person and never had any interaction on this site with them. I did all the clicking for rejection of the request and saved. The request notification is still up. How do I get it to go away? NO I don't have facebook, twitter, snap chat, uncle tims love page, or any other cool things like that.

As far as I know, being a "friend" on this site means nothing at all. There are no additional rights or privileges or anything, they do not get any special access and there are no additional messages. I usually just accept them and move on. It means nothing. The only time you even know about them is when you are at your profile page.

Thanks....I appreciate the info. I'll still be trying to figure out how to delete them and the notice unless I want them as a "friend".

As far as I know, being a "friend" on this site means nothing at all. I don't know how, but he's friends with everyone.

There is a check box where his avatar image would be, hit that, then the round button below to reject request, then hit the save changes box. Notification went away.

Now you have to be my friend.....

BAHAHAHAHA.....FUNNY STUFF ABOVE!! I would be "YOUR FRIEND" if that worked....I tried it about 50 times!!!! I have this stupid 1 in notifications and I know its some face book creeper. LOL Starting to drive me bat sh%^ crazy. Well it looks like UPS just dropped off my new shocks so im off virtual 4 runner work onto the the good stuff!!!
