How to do a hard reset on the ECU

Ever since I had my alternator replaced my electric controls have been messing up. Some lights stay on, brake lights don’t work, no turn signals

All fuses were checked, all I did was disconnect the battery and replace the alternator, can anyone help me please.

Is there a way to hard reset the ECU. Not just taking the negative terminal off. Really resetting it.
