How to fit 16 wheels on sport ed?

I have some 3rd gen rims laying around and want to use them as trail wheels with mud terrains. I have 1.25 spacers on, and was wondering if that would give me the clearance to run 16s?

Nope, you'll have to shave the caliper a good bit, very close to too much, or switch to the 12.6" rotors and calipers.

I think I saw where someone got some on with some extreme backspacing but I think they swapped it out for the smaller rotors eventually.

What he said. But dont get smaller brakes to use those wheels. Sport brakes are big = good

Yea im not going to smaller brakes. Bigger the better (thats what she said) oh well I'll continue my search for some 17 trail wheels.

Find someone with an FJC who has aftermarket wheels and buy his old ones. I put a set of FJC black steelies on mine and love them.
