2003 SR5 V8. Seat will not stay all the way up between drives. Every time I get in I have to pump it up again. Googled it - nothing. Somebody on facebook said worn out tensioner. Makes sense, but I can't find any images or how-tos.
I removed the handle which was pretty simple, but now I'm looking at a round thing and have no idea what to do with it. See picture. Any ideas?
