I have search, might not of entered quite the right terms, did not find anything so any help would be greatly appreciated.
I only want the HU to use as a basic CD player and back up camera viewing. I expect the camera wiring is already in place but if not I can do that easily enough.
I might consider upgrading the nav disk if not insanely overpriced and the unit is worth doing it.
I know I can just get a really good aftermarket DD HU for pretty cheap, in my case wholesale, just not really caring about the music aspect, speakers, amps, subs...I have done that dozens of times all the way up to a world class audiophile comp system I have had published in a major magazine and beaten a world champ with, just not into it like that anymore.
I probably have all the interface parts in storage to do an aftermarket HU install and I need to put in one of the high end alarms I have so I may end up doing a new HU after all but for now, just a simple upgrade will suffice as very busy doing a total remodel of our RV for off grid living.
