How to keep fog lights on at all times

Hi Everyone,
I was searching this topic and found a lot of information but with older 4Runners, mine is a 2006 model. Please advise how can I turn my fog lights on without turning on the headlights? It should be similar to other previous models, like below the steering colum conector. All information and tips will be greatly appreciated.

PS: I am thinking about upgrading the lights with XD5 bulbs, anyone using them?

edit: Instead of making new pigtail connections I just bent the pin on the relay to the side and connected to it then plugged the relay back in.

THIS ONE shows how to keep fogs on with high beams and it also goes into detail on independent fogs as well.

the 06's are different. if you do it that way listed in the first link, they dont shut off on their own after 30 seconds anymore. youd have to do it manually all the time.

I'd checked and you are right. Any information on 2006 models anywhere?

I will have to wait until I get a diagram or somebody else get to it.
