For front lighter pry console cover up from the end which is by the console box lid (end toward the rear)
Just run a hot wire to fuse box. Dont know about the rear lighter but seems a lot of trouble there to run a new wire. When you disconnect the front one you could check and see if there is a wire on the same plug that feeds the rear if on same circut.
Door buzzer- you would have to find the buzzer and disconnect.
