How to mount hi lift to shrockworks 5th gen

Hi,
Can someone tell me how to mount a hi lift jack to a shrockworks rear bumper with tire carrier for 5th gen. I just emailed shrockworks but i cant wait for tomorrow. Pictures or diagram will be helpful too.
