How to order a replacement owner's manual

Step 2: Wait for manual to arrive in mail!

Hopefully this information can help out others. I did a pretty thorough google search to find this information and came up empty. Finally went to a Toyota dealership and they gave me the number. Took about 4 days for delivery and cost me $22 after all expenses.

you would think Toyota could post the owner's manual in pdf format in their owner support web site. it's a pity car manufacturers have to charge for a owner's manual. or is it just toyota?

No, I didn't see any on ebay. I would have rather had a new one anyway.

Can't agree more about they should have had the manual online. No reason to not offer that in this day and age.

There is one on Ebay now. Its around $18. Its only a book, is having a new manual that important? I barely even looked at mine. To each their own.

I thought it was available on the toyota techinfo site? Under $25 doesn't seem that outrageous to me. You should get one free with your car (even if it's used), but after that i don't have a problem with them charging. That's no worse than the markup dealers put on everything else.

Considering I bought the vehicle used and it's my first Toyota, yeah, the book has been very helpful. Sorry I'm not the savant you are.
