How to punch out bolts on the bumper mount?

I am trying to mount my Demello bumper, and the default bolts on the bumper mount need to come out in order to use the bolts that came with the bumper. How do I effectively remove these?

beat them out with a hammer. they come out very easy

Little bit of heat and a hammer should do the trick. I would throw a nut on the end of the bolt just to be safe.

Looks like the chairs are there to keep the bumpers from falling forward off the bolts.

i just did this last weekend... hit it at an angle and it will pop the 3 tack welds . hit it at a 45degree at the tip. if you hit it right on the head it will just push it back. you need to pop the spot welds. don't worry i was scared at first too.

Yep, this is the best way. When i first tried i was just hitting them straight on, then i read the instructions again. The first hit at an angle they popped right out.
