So my fenders are a little loose (assuming clips). How can I remove the flare without breaking anything so that I can replace the clips and pop it back in?

Have you tried just pushing the flare back in? Mine popped right off wheeling once and I was able to just snap it back in.

I would try to hold off until the weather is warmer, cold weather is hard on plastic parts I had toyota replace a plastic piece on the roof on a really cold day and it shattered. however if you go to harbor freight and got some plastic pry tools they have one in the pack that is long and flat I use it to remove all my inner panels

Yeah I dont think ill be touching anything until I see some pics or something. It's not a huge deal, but I can notice it. I'd really like to find an easy way to get it off without breaking anything :/
Without breaking anything is impossible IMHO. The job is a huge pain to do. I pulled both of mine off to have them repainted. I put a bunch of pictures in this thread. Take a look and you'll be able to see the clips and the mounting locations.

Can you give me some guidance on whatever you did? I dont mind breaking the old clips, I just dont want to break off anything on the inside of the fender. Please help me out!!
You can't hurt the fender but you could hurt the plastic flare and part of the bumper cover mount.
Basically you have to pull back the fender liner and stick your hand up behind there, squeeze the clip together and push it out. I tried using pliers at first to compress both parts of the clip but found that a small flat bladed worked pretty well, I just pressed one side of the clip, pushed it out and then did the other side of the clip. If you don't mind buying new clips, I'd just use a pair of diagonal cutters and cut the clips. It'd be a lot faster and you wouldn't risk damaging the flare. I broke one of the places where the clip is attached to the flare and the body shop just used JB Weld to fix it. They said it'll last forever.
Make sure you take a look at the pictures I put in the thread so you know where the bolts are. You also need to be careful by the door where the door molding is integrated into the flare. I bent the integrated clip mechanism pretty good taking it out but it bent back without a problem.
I tried to see if I had any pictures of the clips (there are two different types, blue and orange that mount in different places) but I don't have photos anymore. I would recommend that you buy at least one of each now so you know exactly what you are dealing with.
