How will my new wheels fit?

Picked up my 3rd gen yesterday. Ordered a cheap rough country 3" lift for the time being until i really build it up. Looking to pick up some 265-75-16s on these wheels. Summit Racing 84 Black Steel D Series Wheels 16"x8" 6x5 5" Set of 5 | eBay I'm just not sure with backspacing and offset how they will sit i want it to sit a little beefy and stick out a hair. Are backspacking and offset the same thing just one metric and one standard or what? Theyre 16x8 4" backspacing with -12 offset. Will i accomplish that with these wheels and that tire size without rubbing? Also what tires do you guys suggest? Leaning towards general grabber at2 but shoot me some ideas guys! Thanks a ton. really love my 3rd gen so far.

You can google offset and backspacing to understand the difference. -12 I think is pretty std for 8". A lot of people run this size with 285s so look around
