Have it repainted, vinyl wrap the bumper, or try to touch it up?

That's into the plastics in the black spots. You can touch it up if you do it right. You have different depths at different spots, so there would be different methods for each.

If you vinyl, you'll need to fill the voids and sand it.

Repaint will probably cost 800-1000 if i had to guess.

Battle scars without a cool story suck. Touching it up with paint would be your best/cheapest option. Wrapping the bumper would look odd unless you did the entire truck. Full repaint or steel bumper clearly options but spendy.

I understand the desire to fix it but if you plan to use and abuse it that will be the least of your concerns so best the 1st scratch already happened
