I've seen that pic before. I think the general consensus was that the tide just washed the beach out from under the vehicle. Anybody can achieve the highest levels of stupidity with enough alcohol. . .

Lol yup heard of this. Not really too offensive I don't think, I've heard it in lots of songs (that I listen to, underground hip-hop, etc)

As for the truck, just looks like someone got too brave and drove too close to the tide.

I love it when pictures that have been around for about 5 years or more keep popping up. Thats a 2nd gen 4runner in Australia on Fraser Island. Dozens of 4wds are lost on the island every year, mostly when people don't read the tide charts and get caught on the beach as the tide comes in. And it comes in pretty quick sometimes. The other common mistake is driving to fast on the beach and not seeing river outlets in time to slow down, and thats exactly what happened here. After one tide cycle this is the result.

And that young dumb phrase, I think the current round of late teenagers haven't watch many Vietnam war movies...
