How's your rocky road sliders holding up?

Is anyone having their powder coat chip on the rocky road sliders? Mine is starting to flake and chip, and they have had no contact with rocks and such. So far its just around the the angled supports that connect the main support to the outside tubes.

Whats the best way to repair/prevent more powder from chipping? Thanks.

You could spray paint bare spots with a rustolium product to keep rust away for the near future. Long term you could have them re-powdercoated. The powdercoater can put the sliders in their oven and burn all the powdercoat off and then re-coat them.

mine were scuffed from the shop. couldn't have been from shipping with all the foam padding and wrapping at shipment. when i tried to talk to anyone above entry level i was just given the run around. with four months of use around the city i now have even more marks and scuffs with only a 6 and 10 year old shoes to blame. when i get enough marks i will powder coat them with a real company that know how to do it right.

Yes and Yes. I was thinking maybe get it painted with some texture paint. It looked like it had a crappy powdercoat when I received them.
