HU install help

I have decided finally that I have grown out of my factory system and am about to put the stereo in that has been sitting for about a year or so now. I know that you are supposed to search for the topic that you are interested in, and I also know that I have seen this somewhere on the board before, but how do you remove the trim and the factory system? If anyone could post a link to the thread, I would greatly appreciate it! :beer:

Ok. I got everything done on friday. The only problem I had with the whole install was getting the bracket configured correctly. I never could get it right, so I just kinda stuck it in there. Seems to be pretty secure, so I'm not gonna mess with it any more.

Yea, I kinda figured that out after I thought about it some more, but I really wanted the shelf to be on top of the cd player. It works fine, though, so I am not worried about it. Thank you!

Yeah, those dashkit pockets are fine either way: on top or bottom.

SC: do you have HID's for fogs?

No, that would be cool though. Those are just replacement bulbs. They are XD5's from HID-lights.com. I have them in all of my lights and they are great. Thanks for asking!
