I picked up my GX460 last night (in the rain). I noticed the Driver's mat restricted WOT (wide open throttle) so I slotted the mat. Since the GX and 4Runner use the same mats I would thing this may be an issue with the 4Runner also. You can see where the back of the pedal puts two marks on the mat and clearly restricts WOT. See phone pic below. I had cut a little more then what you see in the pic so the pedal can not hang up on the cut slot (V shaped). This a serious design mistake in the mat. I will take a pic of the mat installed as soon as the rain stops.

The mat clearly limits how far the pedal can move.

Clearance seems fine in my 2010 LE.

Clearance seems fine in my 2011 LE as well. I did place the mat under the gas pedal assembly rather than placing it over it during the installation. Fit appears just fine.

No problems in my 2010 SR5 either.

The throttle/pedal on the T4R must be different. I installed the mats and laid on the floor and physically seen the back of the pedal hit the mat before it was at WOT.

just put them in my limited and have no issues. fit perfectly.

I suggest you crawl under the dash and push the pedal to the floor (with engine off) and you will see the back of the pedal is hitting the Husky liner and limiting WOT!
