Husky/Similar Liners (Question)

I just saw this in a Cabelas catalog as well :) I'm interested to know if anyone out there actually has these and could comment on the quality, fit, and overall satisfaction.
 
I have the nifty catch-all premiums. The driver mat uses the stock anchors. All the other mats use a plastic screw part that goes into the original carpet. This has a tab on the top of it that snaps into the hole in the mat itself.

The mats can then snap in and out. If I sell the car, i just unscrew the anchor, and you can hardly tell it was there.

After looking at the Cabela's site.. it looks to be exactly the same. Except mine are carpeted.
 
don't know anything about those in cabela's. they look nice. the husky liners have small plastic spikes on the underside (very small ones). they catch with the carpet and don't allow the mat to move. they do no damage to the carpet. had mine in my old explorer for 5 years without any problems. get the husky's, you won't regret it.

husky liners

I just got my husky liners last week. they fit perfectly. the best part is that the rear seat liner covers the hump. get the husky liners, you wont regret it. www.autopartswarehouse.com has them from 186.10 shipped. I got mine from www.autoanything.com for 200.00 shipped. I didn't do much shoppping around, it was a quick purchase because I spilled something in the car that day and the costco mats didnt cover the hump in the rear seat. I made my purchase on monday and receieved them on friday. Not bad in my opinion. I hear the catch-all extreme liners are good too.

I also have the catchalls and love them. The anchoring method of those cabelas' mats look the same. Like pbm317 said, it snaps on the those little plastic screws..........but mine arent even anchored down. and they don't move at all. really nice fit.

I have the husky's in my other truck. those are great too. they also fit nice. had em since '95 and theyre still looking good. although i prefer the carpeted catchalls, you cant go wrong with either one!:)
 
The Cabela's liners are the same as the Extreme Catch-All, which work well. I do not use the mounting system, as they seem to stay in place ok without them. My only complaint is the rear liner does not go under the front seat as far as I would like.
 
The Cabela's mats are probally manufactured by someother company that makes the Extremes but they just slap their label on it. Kind of like Optimus at radio shack. Made by pioneer, looks the same just different label. I've never used them but have bought other items from them that are similar to name brand and are of the same quality.

How did you guys remove the anchor for the factory floor mats?

I did a few searches for key terms and this was the closest I got. I have Huskys on the way, anybody know how to safely remove these anchors?
 
I think you can just yank it out. One of mine accidentally came out when I was a little too aggressive at pulling up the floor mat. It just pushed back in.

Thanks! I did try it, but didn't want to use too much force in case it tore or broke anything. Just did it again after reading this with a bit more force and it did indeed just pop out.
 
go weathertech, kinda expensive, but well worth it. that comes from a guy who has been in the mud and snow all winter long, especially hauling people around this ski season...
