I am In Need Of an Any electrical Jedi Masters? To

I have an 93 4Runner V6 Auto 4x4 .

My Elect Problem Is The EFI Fuse Melts .

It will Melt One side of the Fuse Before it Will Blow It .

It has did this 4 or 5 Times .

What could cause this ?

Where would Check First ?

I didn't want to say anything earlier about your problem, I have never encountered anything like that with an EFI fuse before. About all I can think of that would be a safe option is just check your grounds, start at the ECU and work towards the engine compartment. If you find any that appear corroded or dirty you should clean them up with a wire brush and some elctrical contact cleaner. Inspect the ground wires and repair/replace any damage.

I may not be right about what the problem is but you can never have too good of a ground so your time wouldn't be totally wasted if this will not fix your problem. While you are digging around down there you might actually stumble upon some previous bad wiring that can get you closer to getting on the road.

I second that. Short to ground pulls more amperage then a lotted for circuit. In addition to inspecting grounds and connectors; check wires for being brittle and/or glazed looking. Wires with the description have had too high of current and have been compromised.

I have showed the Fuse at The NAPA Parts Store . They Are Scratching there Head to .
They Have Never Seen Anything like this .

What size fuse?
Is it the correct size for that use/slot as per the diagram on the cover?
Have you had the truck a long time or is it new to you? Did this just start to happen?

Check to see if you've got a oxygen sensor wire that is getting burned on the exhaust.

Something else... If you know what the fuss actualy powers, it's possible that you can unplug that part of the circuit and see if the fuss still blows. If it does then you probably have a hot wire shorting straight to ground before it gets to the efi system. If it does not, then you know the problem is in the efi circuitry. You may want to pick up a bunch of extra fuses for testing purposes.
