Im just waiting for him to tell me his 2-1 antenna adaptor doest work worth a damn like mine.

:pop2:

maybe its because I have a total pos after market radio in my rig, from the previous owner, that my splitter system seems to work ok. Plus I live out in the middle of no place with crappy radio reception anyway. The main advantage for me , is I also put in a micro rocker to kill power to the antenna , so I can listen to the cd and not have the antenna go up and down. Esp whe its covered with snow and freezing out and the antenna does not like to go up.
So when I put it to tuner, and the sound is crappy, I just assume its because of the crappy radio and being out under the trees in the mountains.

so Ill be reading the results, because this spring I want to put a new head unit in. Ive also read that some units, whem on CD, don't send power to the antenna unless its tuned to tunner...don know how true that is

Should we be concerned?........he hasn’t posted anything since yesterday...:frisky:

Yea I installed mine hoping I could leave my antenna down and still get the main FM freq but I can't get anything unless the main antenna is up. It still works normal, just adding the rear antenna didn't gain me anything.

My guess is that he went down to the beach to have a picnic and accidentally parked with his back tires in the sand... OOPS.
