I cleaned the MAS & Throttle Body, now it idles high.

I never had that problem. how long did you let it run? Have you tired driving it a little and see it that helps? Make sure you have all the air hoses and everything connected on the air cleaner box.

I let it run about 5 minutes... I'm confident everything is back on, but now I may check again...
OK - Checked again, everything is connected, Truck idles about 1700. Took it apart and I noticed when the engine is turned off the valve in the throttle body is not all the way closed. Is that normal??
OK - Googled and it's normal for the TB to be slightly open...
Maybe a longer drive??
Update: Pulled the 2 EFI fuses for ten minutes. Then per the DIY, turned the key to ON for ten seconds and started the engine. All appears fine now!

Disconnect the battery for 5-10 minutes.
Didn't see that you pulled the fuses. That will work as well and you don't loose any radio stations or have to re-initialize anything!
