New 4Runner owner! Bought a 93 with a 1KZ-TE Diesel. Brought it home yesterday, and couldn't be more impressed with it.
I was a little nervous, because I sold my 81 TLC Troopy to get this, but it is nice having all of these modern conveniences now like power steering and AC and brakes.
Now to start the mods....

So where are the good places to get gear? Right off, I am needing a 2nd Gen cargo liner, roof rack and rear bumper with a tire carrier.

Couldn't say for sure on those, mine's an '86. Post up in the classics forum and they'll get you straightened out (and drool on your engine a little more).
