I did the amber LED marker light mod, am I dumb for wanting fog lights that match?

I did the amber LED marker light mod for the front grill long ago. I love it, and I've received a ton of compliments.

For some reason, I think amber fog lights would look great. I doubt they'd be worth a dang for actual lighting, so I'm aware this would be a purely cosmetic mod.

What do you guys think? Would this be ugly as heck?

Is it even possible (ie, is an amber bulb even available for the fog lights - I haven't seen any)?

Shouldn't matter - you only use the fog lights in the rare instance you're actually driving in fog, right?

Everyone is doing the LED marker mod (myself included) I say do something different and go for it!

The Rigid D2 Ambers are actually pretty close to the same color (more orange and less yellow) and actually put out a solid amount of light. See post #78 for photo reference

You could always upgrade to one of the fog kits, TotalAutomotive is always running sales on them.

Get some amber colored plastic film at a craft store and cover the lens with it. If you don't like it, just pull it off.

Try Lamin-X fog light film in amber or yellow to match. Cheap, easy, mostly cosmetic.
