I get the jeep thing: decal for 4runner

I dont know if most of you have seen the window sticker on the fj forum : "I understand the Jeep thing... that's why I drive a FJ"

I am thinking about making one similar for the back upper part of the window : I get the Jeep thing... that's why I drive a 4Runner.

My question is to everyone is if they would be interested in getting in on it and bringing the cost down. The guy on the forum was able to make them for 20 a peice with 10 orders. I am going to start calling around and looking online for the best place.

If this is just a stupid idea let me know as well. Thought it would be something funny to throw up on there and see what other's opinions were. I'll have more details about it later and maybe a price.

Just remember if you actually off road any stickers that are negative towards Jeeps and other brands can hinder you off road if you need help so that can be a bad idea so avoid the "Jeep Rescue Vehicle" stickers and such.

I off road and when off road I don't insult the other fellow off roaders. Bad Karma.

Yeah well i figured that much. All depends if they have a good sense of humor or not. I actually love jeeps but i needed something for functional. I have nothing against them and think they are great off road vehicles.

on edecals.com its about 26 bucks for 1 or 20% off when 6 or more. I am trying to get it longer but it so far its only wanting to come on 2 lines. Ill keep checking it out or you can make your own there.

I think the decal that says "I got the Jeep thing... Now it hurts when I pee" is funny, but anything other than that can come back and bite you in the ass if you ever need someone to tow you out while offroading.

Haha thats a good one. I ended up buying some bad ass TRD decals instead and decided to postpone any decal making. E-decals had some good prices though.

Ha, those are funny. My neighbor used to have an old school Land Cruiser with a bumper sticker that said "You're right, I don't understand the Jeep thing".

I choose not to put any stickers on my 4R, political or otherwise, for the same reasons Ron mentioned and several other reasons. I wouldn't want anything to happen to my car in a parking lot because I had a political sticker on it, or a Calvin pissing on a Ford emblem sticker, or a Jeep bashing sticker, or a fill-in-the-blank sticker, etc. The car you drive (and what you put on it) says a lot about you and I don't want to say the wrong thing.
