today we picked up a basset pup. Her name is Molly, and just over 8 weeks old. We got her home, gave her a bath, got her a collar and a rope toy, and she is in heaven. However our two psychotic cats refuse to have anything to do with her yet. they look rather affronted to have this pintsize 4 legged big eared creature follow them around the house.

so far she does great, brought her home in the new 4runner and she slept on my lap. tomorrow its off to tractor supply, as our local one likes pets. time for socialization!
