I got the New Old Car! MK3 Supra Pics

Here's the MK3 I picked up, sitting on some GTC01's. She's slow, but I'm hoping my quick mod plan will wake her up. Here's the info so far:

1. Previous owner kept it stock (older guy, 50ish).
2. 160k miles
3. Rear end was chattering, so I changed the diff fluid with LSD additive. Chatter is now gone.
4. Oil leak, which I'm hoping is coming from the valve covers, and not the rear main seal.
5. Squeek/creek from front suspension that is noticeable at slow speeds. Seems to be directly associated with rotation.
6. Mods on their way via UPS: DDP w/rerouted wastegate, Apexi intake, test pipe.
7. I know...my garage is a f'ing mess! Can't wait to build the new house with 3.5 car garage FTMFW!

It's not really that slow, but it's not fast enough! Once I install the downpipe and test pipe, it should be a world of difference.

I love that Supra!! My brother had one of those years ago...i think that it is the best looking Supra made. (Disclaimer: i know nothing about power and handling of the Supras.)

well, if smog is not an issue at your state, i will suggest a 1JZ swap. save you all the trouble on tuning/fixing the decent miles 7M. my budddy's MK3 has 1JZ swap and is on BPU+++, currently running high 11s. the 7M is a good motor but you gonna see the limit soon. last few years we had a supra dyno meet and a BPU 7M was only pulling ~265whp before any internal mod done.

Hey, congrats. on the Supra. I too own a MKIII. Yours is probably one of the cleanest MKIIIs I've seen. That Supra looks so familair though, did you buy from a guy named Adam from Canada?
He posted his restoration on another forum and I was in awe at his work. Here's a sample of his work.
