I have some little scratches and nicks in the interior plastic..

Any idea how to remove these?

My plan is to just replace the panels if they get too bad. Not too expensive, and not a whole lot you can do. I guess the painted panels (or, what I assume is painted like the shiny black part of the dash on recent models) could be polished with a legit polishing compound, but there's no hope for the other unpainted plastics.

get some emory paper, or fine grit sand paper. It will smooth out the nicks, but it will also be visible that you done it.
