sure. super easy. there are only 3 bulbs you need for the main dash and 2 for the middle console (if you have a 1998 or older) and I think you just need 1 for newer models.
i first went with BRIGHT white LEDs and while they were certainly bright, I wasn't feeling the love at night driving around. Those $3 LEDs I bought at Amazon for the dome lights and map lights turn my car into an operating room when they're on so I wanted the dash lights to be much more calm. i'm super happy with the purchase.
Here is what I got; if you put in your toyota model & year, these will be the first ones that come up so its not a big deal if you lose this thread.
You don't need the green ones below unless you need new blinker lights.
