We are working on getting all our pieces cut and pressed. We are changing a few parts of the process to help speed up production. Once we have the initial set in, we will be able to release the final pricing. We are looking at having that information out next week. Thank you everyone for contacting us about your interest and we can't wait to move forward with this.

At the release, this will most likely not be a AA product but I will see if that is in the future.

This is good news for the T4R community. If the SSO version is built on par with CTNewman' Carrier, it will be top notch. I still get asked about mine!

Apologies for any confusion my earlier post (now deleted) may have caused regarding SSO's interest.

I am REALLY psyched about this!

I have only one gripe, and it is that the location of the backup camera prevents you from putting the rim cap in place on the spare, but such is the nature of the beast. I am looking at the camera that goes up on the spoiler as an option, but I think the view from the spare tire location will be much better.

Either way, one of these is getting on my runner!

I know this is a pretty old thread but I just managed to pick up a second hand SSO carrier and couldnt be happier, i have been following since the originals were made but unfortunately missed out on getting one. Was super excited when SSO started making them until i saw the price.. but luckily patience paid off and i found a used one for half price and jumped on it. got it installed last night and it looks even better in person! still need to wire up my backup camera and plate light.

Good luck on that! I've got one of the original "Pre-SSO" carrier and not planning on selling any time soon.

For those that are curious, I've done multiple trips both pulling my excursion trailer and not, some with seriously sketchy offroad segments and the carrier is still going strong. The thing was designed and built like a tank!
