I need help trouble shooting this...

Vehicle: 2007 V8 SE 4WD

Problem: There is a vibration/rubbing sound. I think it's coming from the front right tire. Is stops if I'm making a left turn or a deep left curve and as soon as I straighten the wheel it continues. I can't find anything upon visual inspection.

I can't get it looked at until Monday. I would like to here some thoughts on what the problem could be as well as ball park price to fix said problem.

Sounds like it could be a wheel bearing. Is it like a rubbing tire sound or a hum?

It sounds like rubbing or excessive road noise. It doesn't pull one way or another. I can feel the vibration through the gas petal.

What's a wheel bearing cost to replace? parts and labor, roughly?

If you can change brakes and rotors you can change the wheel bearing.

Thanks to all for your input. I'll be getting it done Monday. It is nice to know what and how much before you get taken for a ride by a mechanic.

There's a guy here who sells complete wheel bearing assemblies for 160 or so
