I Need Some Help

Alright I am having trouble making up my mind. I need new shocks, and possibly springs, so I was think about getting a full OME suspension, and adding a few inches. Now I'm realizing I didn't do my tax returns last year, and this years will be soon. So I will be getting a good chunk of change back...
So here is the problem. I also want a boat. something called a "Gheenoe". I am an avid fisherman and am Oh so tired of my kayaks. So I am torn and don't know which is the better decision. I will end up buying both eventually, but which one first?
Give me some opinions on which you would do if faced with this horrifically challenging decision.

Well, since I'm sick of fishing from my kayak, I would get the boat, hands down. The shocks would be sweet, but the boat would be sweeter.

Get the boat. Your 4runner will not function any less without the new shocks and springs. You get the new suspension upgrades first and I guarantee you'll be saying "should'a got the boat first" to yourself. At least you can enjoy your boat sooner. New toys come first, upgrading existing ones can come later.

Well, since you said you're in need of shocks and possibly springs, I'd spring for the suspension first cuz you're gonna have to lay down some money for it anyways. What's the use of getting spending money now to replace it later with an upgrade?

I didn't make enough money last year to NEED to file them. They owe me like $800
