I’m having idle problems with my 2008 w/V6. Please tell me where the IAC valve is on this engine.

Any help will be greatly appreciated.

Is no IACV. It's drive by wire, the throttle body controls idle. Try cleaning the throttle body if that's what you suspect.

there is 2 efi fuse under the hood to take out, do that and clean the throttle body and maf sensor, then put all the fuses back in. otherwise you can do all the cleaning with the battery disconnected.

I cleaned the throttle body and the maf sensor. I pulled both fuses put them back in and test drove. No change so I replaced the plugs with plugs from the dealer. I still have rough idle. No codes and no cel. I must be missing something but I have no idea what it is.

i still think you should disconnect the battery, and leave it off for 30 mins, also when you disconnect the battery, turn on the light switch to discharge all the electric from the truck. after 30 mins, turn off the switch, reconnect everything.
start the truck and let it idle for 15 mins with nothing on, that means the ac and heat to off. you can reset the radio tho and everything else. but nothing to load the engine down for the next 15 mins.
you can remove the throttle body out and do a full front and back cleaning.
