I'm at 2+ weeks since I told them I got the wrong shocks (see: incompatible and cheaper than what I paid for). I've sent multiple PMs to Chas on the board, and have sent multiple emails to all of their email addresses. It's been seven weeks since they took payment from me ... not exactly impressed at this point.

I also haven't been successful in getting any order status despite emailing, PMing, and texting. His activity shows that he's still been logging into T4R forum, not sure why he can't come here and update us on the status.

Just sent a message to the company Facebook page simply asking for a reply and to follow through. It says it has been read/seen. https://www.facebook.com/mrtmotorsports/?pnref=story hopefully all that have been ignored will get a reply this week...
