I've been noticing that my 4R has been almost hopping up and down as I drive around. I just got it aligned so I know that's not the problem. Any suggestions on what I have to do to adjust the suspension so it stops? Thanks everyone!

You might want to check the shock psi pressures. You may have lost a nitro charge in a shock, so its not absorbing the terrain.

Like flying off the pavement leap-frog style hopping up and down? We need more information. If it occurs after a bump then your shocks themselves are to blame.

Yes like a leap frog is a good description. Not just on bumps. Takes bumps pretty well.

If the suspension was just installed would there be a loss in shock pressure already possibly?

Believe it or not, yes its possible. when i first installed my radflo shocks, one had no nitrogen charge. Just something to keep in mind while troubleshooting

Thanks. I will. I'm just curious of something else could have gone on it right after that I'm just not factoring into this equation or if it is a suspension setting and I need to lower or raise it.
