Idaho

Funny everyone says that, we get our potatoes from Washington lol

You know how you drive through an area and you see the road signs pointing to various landmarks and other locations of interest? Drive through Pocatello and you see signs for the Potato Expo. Dude, you have a Potato Expo. Nobody else in the world (except maybe Ireland) has a Potato Expo.

Besides, most of Washington is really just western Idaho anyway.

Ha ha now that would be Blackfoot by the way lol and there is a giant potato there lol.

And yep Washington and Oregon are just western Idaho. Lol

How many people on T4R are around north Idaho? I wanna go wheeling some weekend and it would be cool to meet some people from the site.

i am in Oregon and it looks pretty lonely out there.

desrt_rat there are plenty of us Oregon guys on here, dedicated thread for posts can be found here over 50 pages of posts...

Also, although not dedicated to T4R, many of us are members over at Gitout.com. Most of the members are Toyota guys and there is a wheeling adventure almost every weekend!

Maybe I'll see you out there?

Im in the Idaho falls/Rexburg area. Only lifted 4th gen except for the CBI guys. Tons of tacos and 3rd gens

Yep that is because the price difference with a 3rd an 4th gen is a bit. I use to be in the Pocatello area but know most of the wheelers there.

If everything pans out I should be up there in around 2 years. Kind of a long time to wait but there's hope bud!

Sleeper17,

My name is Joe. I moved my family to Sandpoint about 6 weeks ago all the way from Mobile, AL. Would love to meet up some time. Don't know about wheeling as my 4runner is 2WD (I know, don't flame). When I got it new I never thought I would be in N. Idaho and needing 4WD for winters. Never needed 4WD on the Gulf Coast. Planning on getting some studded snow tires and hopefully that will suffice. Maybe we can meet up sometime.

New and checking in for boise. Looking to go off roading anybody know of anywhere near by. I have always had city cars so i dont have a clue.

Checking in from Nampa. I recently purchased a 3rd gen 4runner and would love to take it out. I don't know a whole lot either but the best way to learn is throwing yourself into it.
Kileivan, have you ever heard of the Kuna Butte? I've been out there on 4 wheelers before, but that was a while ago. I'm not sure how many trails there are though.
Any other Idahoans looking to go romp around? It would be sweet to start up a group.
