Ideas for 2000 4runner

Hi everybody. I've been toying with ideas to do to my 4runner since last year when I traded up from my Tacoma. I've got a 2000 4X4, I really want to be able to wheel this thing, So I need to know the best set-up for a solid axle up front. Also I need info on rear suspension options?
