Hey, everyone -

I tried to search high and low for this before posting, so I'm going to feel dumb if this is a well-known thing... but does anyone know what bug/rock deflector and grill is in the video below? I think it's a sharp looking combo and really updates the lines of the 4th gen, so I'd like to look into do the same on mine. The bug widget almost looks like it's designed for a 5th gen, as it has kind of a similar, more angular aesthetic.

Also curious if you all think it looks good too - opinions welcomed!

It doesn't look like a Toyota brand. It could be a Weathertech, but not really sure.

I thought Weathertech was a bit pricey and went with this one:

Auto Ventshade [AVS] Bugflector II Hood Shield | 2003 - 2005 Toyota 4Runner, High Profile, Smoke
Amazon.com

Install was a breeze and it looks great!

Thank you! The lines on that one are a little different, but I have to agree, it does look good (as does your whole rig, actually). Appreciate you sharing!

Almost forgot about my 5th Gen. This is an actual Toyota brand bug/rock deflector for reference if that helps you. A sleeker and more contoured look to it as well as a bit more rigid by comparison to my 4th Gen aftermarket one.

did you end up buying that formfit bug shield? it should fit all models. the hood scoop might make it less effective in the middle, so many bulges,
i would buy it for myself since i already got the wellvisors window visors.
