My 06 4runner gives it self gas at a dead stop to at least 10mph without touching the gas pedal. Two day ago i cleaned the throttle body with throttle body cleaner from Autozone. when i start the car there is no check engine light but it revs to 2500rpm. Any reasons why?

Disconnect the battery for 10 minutes. The computer doesn't know that you cleaned the throttle body so it's still compensating for the build up of carbon over time.
