idle issue

there seems to be a problem with my truck idling high 1200-1500 rpms after it is fully warmed up. its happens everytime i get off the freeway after driving for 30 minutes or so at 70mph, but it does it other times as well. i can get the truck to rev down if i quickly rev it up to about 3500 to 4000 rpms

i thought if i clean my throttle boday and maf it could help any suggestions

More than likely your IAC valve (idle air control) is gummed up. You can try and take it off the bottom of the tbody and clean it with tbody cleaner or if you need to, replace it

i cleaned the throttle body and maf. now it is even worse the truck now idles around 15000 all the time
