Its looking good man how you liking it so far? I am digging the color combo now those sliders need to come in so you can ditch the running boards. Mine is going to get a real lift as soon as my xreas blows up I am probably going to go OME lift again those Kings are pretty sexy though.

I like it a lot. I haven't gotten it off road yet but it rides great on the street. When it was at the dealer for the 6 days, I had a 2010 Corolla as a rental and I think my 4Runner rides much smoother than the Corolla. The roof rack and Sliders from Perkins Performance is due to ship on Monday via Freight so I should get it all Wednesday or Thursday. After I get the sliders on I'll take it off road.

I'll post my Running Boards for Sale after I get them off, I'm not really sure if there is a demand for them, since I think they were standard equipment.? but I'll post them up anyways. If anyone is interested in them, PM me and we can work out a deal.

Got the Scion T1814 installed on Wednesday. Install was very straightforward. It sounds GREAT!! I took the radio apart at work on Wednesday, soldered up the USB cable, zip tied the cable it to the vents on the bottom of the radio to prevent movement.

I have a USB flash drive plugged in vs. an iPod. I can keep the music organized in folders on the flash drive while the iPod just lists all the songs in one folder.

I can see the radio text better now vs the OEM radio with Polarized sun-glasses. You would always have to tilt your head a certain way to read the OEM radio's text. I'm sure the T1808 is the same way, so I'm glad I installed the T1814.

I couldn't be happier with the outcome!

My Cee Bailey's Windshield and front side window auto sun-shields just showed up. They fit perfectly, should keep the interior temps much lower and keep the dash from getting too hot! Here is their link http://www.autosunshields.com/

Went out to Anza Borrego on Saturday 11-19-11. Went up Coyote Canyon then through some washes. Took a few pics, and a few Go-Pro videos. The videos though are just of the front driver side suspension. I stuck the Go-pro to the bottom of the plastic bumper via the suction mount.

Well as my sig shows, Im selling my 4Runner. I love it but I'm spending too much on gas just to drive to and from work and it's limiting my ability to go anywhere on the weekends. It gets great mileage for being a V8 4x4 and runs excellent. Smoothest engine in any vehicle I've been in. The ride is awesome with the KING suspension. In the meantime for off road excursions I'll be using what I started out with, an 88 4Runner 22RE.

I need to sell it ASAP, so if anyone is interested or knows anyone looking for a great 4Runner, send them my way. I've taken great care of it since I got it last year. Before me, there was only one owner and was taken to the dealer every 5k for Oil changes and etc...according to the car fax report. Link is in my Sig. Thanks everyone...Take Care

What are you getting instead that gets such better mileage if you don't mind me asking? Seems you're into building rigs, thus I cant see anything that does get ''better'' mileage making you happy. Just my observations and curiosity.

A Prius, wanted something that gets great mileage and shouldn't cost to much in maintenance. It was that or a Corolla, Prius just has more cool stuff in it.

Mine is paid off. I got about 18 city before I put bumpers, rack, and snorkel on. If your not gonna add bumpers or alot of extra weight V6 is perfect. But now with all this extra weight I have, im wishing I would have got the V8 haha

Never heard of it before you mentioned it.

Just google it. The calculator takes into account how much your trade in is, how much the new car would be, how much average gas is, and average mileage you drive vs mpg. Then it lets you know how many years it'd take to get your return on buying the new car. Hope this helps.
