who uses an apostrophe for Mechanic's, but not wifes.

who says "have other project in the iron", instead of "too many irons in the fire"

I understand that not everyone is a grammar genius, or native english speaker, but who uses phrases wrongly like this?

OP stated can't confirm drivetrain. I interpret this to mean the craigslist guy hasn't gotten back to him. Another red flag that this is some sort of fishing scam. I will be interested to see how this turns out. IF REAL, I would jump on it.

It's a 4.0 V6 that had over 200k miles on it. I'm already in contact with the seller directly. I'm waiting for some more details.

I assumed it was a 4.0 V6 since the issue described was more common for that motor than the 4.7 V8.

I thought it looked legit. Most c-list ads I've seen with stupid errors like that turned out to be legit. I see even worse grammatical errors on this forum quite often.

Glad to see it's legit. This could be a great deal for someone with the time. I'd love to have it.

It is a 2 wheel drive v6 which means you'd have to find a motor pretty cheap to really have a "good value" vehicle given the rest of it has over 200k miles on it.

Around here it is much easier to find a 4.7 V8 than a 4.0 V6.

However, when I get pics I'll make my decision.
