If I'm at 23.25" front and 24.5" rear, what lift am I getting?

Forgive the strange question. Bought my 17 ORP already lifted. Measurements are from center hub to fender.

I plan on upgrading soon and I might try to drop the rear a bit so it's level.

Stock runner is usually ~ 21” from hub to fender on all corners

Numbers Vary

I think numbers vary a bit from truck to truck.
My measurements stock were around
Front - 20"
Rear - 22"
I say around because either one fender is a bit higher or the truck leans or I measure inconsistently

Passenger side does seem to be about .5" higher... gas tank, skids, ...?
Even after my lift passenger side stayed higher.

So stock
FL:20" FR:20.5"
RL:22" RR:22.5"

Yup. my unscientific measurements were 19.5F and 21.75R on a stock Venture which is the same as OR.

Mine is a 20 ORP with no KDSS- below are my pre-lift measurements from center of hub:
DF 19.5
PF 19.875
DR 21.5
PR 21.75
