I am dying to hear the JBL...on paper, it looks like a freaking awesome system!!

I sure get lots of compliments on my Blizzard Pearl SR5. Just yesterday a guy in a PF stopped me and asked a lot of questions.

I love driving this thing - big, smooth, comfy, feels "confident/capable". I actually got a thumbs-up from a guy in a white Tundra other day.

A feature I really appreciate is the back-up 'radar' and camera. I park in an underground garage, and backing into the stall is really easy.

For a factory stereo I have been VERY Impressed with it. Probably the only factory stereo I have not wanted to change.

Was at a birthday party yesterday in my neck of the woods (Cranberry Twp) and I parked where I could see my 4Runner. A couple in a 4th Gen parked behind my 4R, got out and walked around it for a few minutes. They were having a lively discussion and from the looks of it, they are considering buying a new one. Maybe they were discussing how they don't like it (so they would feel good about their 4th Gen), but I doubt it. To me, there's just no comparison from a looks standpoint.

Anyway, I still stand by my comments in the past that this is the best vehicle I have ever owned. Big, bulky, responsive, roomy, FAST, refined, innovative, hard-working, and premium in every way. I have 5,100 miles on it and still get excited every time I turn the key.

Do you live in the Quad Cities? If you do, it was me that gave you the thumbs up the other day. My family owns a Toyota dealership there. If it wasn't you, I am sure your truck is sweet as well. I am trying to decide on a new 4runner or a new Tundra. The Tundra financing deals are really nice right now.

Same here with my Mag. Grey SR5. I've had a lot of people do the 'walk-around' and say they love it and how much of an improvemnt it is over the 4th. Some people have not realized they have the 5th out now and I get the 'wow, that's a 4Runner, when did they change it?'. I honestly do not regret the choice to purchase this one bit! I can see myself with this 4R for a very long time!

This is not something that will sway someone of the fence but the way they designed the rear windshield wiper, hiding it in the rear spoiler is genius. Very clean looking.
