They both suck but HRC has the easiest path to the EC that I've seen in years. It's hers to lose because Trump is self imploding and it the best thing the Dems could ever wish for.
Dems will follow whatever candidate they nominate regardless how bad they are. They are much better politicians and follow like lemmings to the end. The GOP is just full of pontificators. :doh:

Yep. And if Trump "unshackled" means that he goes off into a more extreme version of what he's already campaigned on, you can bet even more will distance themselves to try and save their future, be it for financial reasons or political ones.

Rubio's press conference yesterday AM was good and should be repeated in its entirety, not just in nibbles. I will attend the Clinton fundraiser here next week but as I can only afford the low level of participation may just get to wave without a "hello." I fear we are all now trying to navigate a set of forces that cannot be simply explained or fully understood, so it is and will reamin interesting!

She is a criminal who got off the hook because of her political affiliations, big $$$ and power.

Seriously folks, turn off the media talking heads for a moment and realize that several folks in the military are serving hard time in prison for EXACTLY what Clinton did over a single email or two and Clinton got let off for tens of thousands of emails!
She should absolutely be in jail.
The FBI failing to do their job and put her away just shows that Justice is but a word without merit and laws are only applicable to small little pesky citizens like you and me, not the political elite like the Clinton's and the Bush's, etc.

Ken Star was appointed and got paid a small fortune trying to find dirt to prosecute Bill. And he hounded the Klintons for a very long time too. Last I checked Bill never was found guilty.

There is one sailor in the navy that downloaded a file on to his laptop for a reason of saving lives in the field. He got a dishonorable discharge and probation. (Very light sentence) because he saved lives. He appealed his case stating that he did less than Clinton and showed no malice or intent to harm or distribute the information. Asked the courts to use the Clinton guidelines to amend his sentence to at a minimum get rid of the dishonorable discharge (something that follows you for life). They said no way do your punishment and go away. So yes she is a protected class of citizen. So is Trump no argument. But he hasn't be caught blatantly breaking national security laws.
Edit: my bad it was a department of the navy but this case was a marine

But in both cases and several others why is there a double standard for military personnel vs high end government personnel? After all the FBI confirmed her servers got hacked after she lied and said they didn't. We have no idea how many classified documents she had on her server at the time of hacking. She deleted 10's of thousands of emails without required government oversight after her server had been subpoenaed. Her lawyers, those who's priority it is to defend her in legal cases, decided what emails got to be deleted.
That alone to us common folks can and usually does result in jail time.

This is absolutely absurd. A healthy does of fear of things that should be feared does not equate to "pissing ones pants".
A Govt that has two sets of rules/laws/justice for different classes is something that ought to be feared for good/historical reasons.
The Govt showing its true colors EG- not properly prosecuting a political elite for a slam dunk crime many others in lessor positions have gone to jail for- is a sign of things very, very wrong.
What is more fearful is that the citizenry is increasingly OKAY with such actions by our politicians and the government not holding them accountable/prosecuting them for crimes.
This type of mass complacency and group think is dangerous and telling of bad times to come.
And no, when you fear the government you do not "go far away", you reveal and discuss the things that they are doing wrong and you fight them for what is right and just.

We're not talking about Billy boy. We're talking about Hilary. Her exact actions have landed many members of the military in jail. But she not only walks free but is in the running for the highest office of authority in the USA.
She is part of the process/group that does directly influence our laws and she has been for quite some time. No one ever said "She makes all of them". And it is obvious that all of the laws do not apply to her. I could list all the ones that don't but I'm not going to waste my time with you.
Your last sentence I bolded is telling of your mindset. I think you need a lesson in the civics and history of our country, the people who founded it and why it is so important that the Government be one that is for and by the people, not just a certain class of people, but equally for ALL people.
The FBI literally said what Clinton did was wrong and illegal, but they weren't going to do anything about it. That should strike the appropriate amount of fear into any Liberty loving American.
They aren't even trying to hide the separate rules for the political elite versus the serfs anymore- it's right out there in the open, a big F you to all of us.

Hillary wrote it herself or at the very least forwarded. Again, mishandled classified documents.
Second, she acknowledges that Saudi Arabia and Qatar are funding ISIS and she receives donations from those countries which constitutes treason.
Yet the media is silent on this. And the masses don't care.
