Not President but KING, here's what I'd mandate;

1)If your kid lives within 2 miles of his/her school, no school bus service! Your kid is getting fat and lazy and needs to walk!
2)Al Gore will be sent to the moon. Really, this jack ass is responsible for all this "global warming" crap.
3)Alan Greenspan WILL be held accountable for the fall of our economy. One person (him) is responsible for all this crap we are dealing with. Don't believe me? Do your homework!
4)No welfare after 6 months. Find a job! Jobs are out there even if you have to flip burgers, wait tables or clean $hit houses.
5)No one, absolutely NO ONE is allowed in my country without speaking english and having the proper paper work.
6)If you are in my country and you cannot speak english, you have 1 month to learn it. If not, your ass gets shipped back to where you were hatched.
7)Every day you will say the Pledge of Allegiance. Whether it be at school or work, it will happen.
8)Veterans and Memorial Day will not be a day off for school kids. Instead they will learn what these brave men and women did and sacrificed for our freedom and country.
9)Gangs WILL NOT BE TOLERATED! Not even up for discussion.
10)ACLU will no longer be allowed to exist.
11)If you protest a fallen soldiers funeral, you will be publicly hanged!!!!!
12)Frivolous lawsuits won't even be considered so don't even try.
13)NO CELL PHONE or TEXTING while driving. You get caught, your license is revoked FOREVER!
14)No drivers licenses till you are 21.
15)Ride your bike. See #14 and #1.
16)Catholic priests WILL be held accountable for their actions! It's like organized crime! Don't EVEN think of slamming me on this one!
17)Taxation will be determined on a income level.
18)The electoral college will be eliminated. Let's make our vote count....oh wait, I'm KING so no voting.
19)If you don't attend college, you WILL enlist in the Military. Don't like it, too bad!
20)Everyone who passes a english test, is a citizen of this FINE country, is employed, is of age and has passed a firearms test is allowed to carry a weapon.

If I were king, as my forum name suggests, I'd be done in by an overzealous friend and a beautiful woman.

Nice list, some should be tweaked, but I do like:

Holding Greenspan accountable. Maybe allow him to be fitted for some concrete shoes while holding an Ayn Rand book.

Keep a Congress or Parliament, but no bribes. None. If a member takes one, even for $5, the public guillotine will be put into action that day. Swift and immediate justice. A lot less lawyers will be needed.

If members of society are sent to prison, make it harsh for all. If you get three strikes, then be prepared to cross the river Jordan.

Tax the rich more. If they want to leave the country, then do so. Then prices, such as for housing, would return to normal levels (pre 21st century).

An alternative energy source would be found within five years to replace oil. Also, no shell companies holding rights to natural commodities (aka water).

A different 3rd gen 4runner for every day of the year.

The power to never hear the word no includes EVERYTHING... and yet you only include two small things that have to do with nothing more then money. Not only that but you would appoint somebody else to be king for you after you make your requests... wtf is up with that?

I want nothing to do with ruling a nation, i would likely be hated by most people like most kings were, maybe my thoughts will change as i age but as of now i don't see myself having the knowledge to run a country. There is no ideal setup, i have my preferences just as everyone else does, but absolute power should not lay in one mans hand, that is never good. From my learning, the strongest leaders and strongest countries tend to go as fast as they come.

Never served but moved about the country as a AF brat. Most if not all of my friends are Nam vets that I have the utmost respect for. Any vet for that matter.
