Ignition Key Ring

Is there an easy way to remove the ignition key ring in an '04 4R? I searched the forum and couldn't find anything.

The lighted ring around the ignition went out, so I assume there is a dedicated bulb in there, but I'm not sure how to get at it....and I'm hoping I don't need to remove the entire dash.

you'll need to remove the lower trim on the dash, just 2 bolts , tug 1 side , then the other. now you have access. i think its a #74 bulb but not sure. heres a link to remove that panel. follow how to remove instrument finish panel.
